Kimberley Bennie completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Science at Central Queensland University, then continued her studies at James Cook University completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Exercise Physiology (Clinical), and then later completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Rehabilitation Science at Charles Sturt University. Kimberley has a passion for working with the elderly to improve quality of life and to help reduce social isolation. She also has extensive experience in hydrotherapy, rehabilitation pre and post joint replacement surgery, deconditioning post prolong hospital stay or illness, and chronic lung disease management.
Kimberley has practiced for over 12 years' running a combination of Balance and Strength, Lungs in Action and hydrotherapy classes and individual programs with most of her experience in helping those with very low exercise tolerance and capacity. Since starting a family, she has also gained an interest in women's health for pelvic floor, posture and core strength education for postpartum women, especially in new mums.
Her main passion is keeping seniors on their feet through balance, strength and falls recovery interventions and prevention.

Graham is on board to give a helping hand at all hydrotherapy sessions and most Balance and Strength classes.
He has extensive health administrative experience and has completed his Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
He is always looking for new ways to help Kimberley keep people moving and independent in their mobility usually with a laugh or two.
Movement is medicine and so is laughter.
