Kimberley Bennie (also know as Kimberley Alexander) completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Science at Central Queensland University, then continued her studies at James Cook University completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Exercise Physiology (Clinical), and then later completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Rehabilitation Science at Charles Sturt University. Kimberley has a passion for working with the elderly to improve quality of life and to help reduce social isolation. She also has extensive experience in hydrotherapy, rehabilitation pre and post joint replacement surgery and chronic lung disease management. Kimberley has run Lungs in Action classes for the past 10 years or more and has great experience in helping those with very low exercise tolerance or capacity. Since starting a family she has also gained an interest in women's health for pelvic floor, posture and core strength education for postpartum women, especially in new mums.
