Classes are run on a Monday and Thursday at the Tom Quinn Centre and group participants are encouraged to work to their own ability. Classes are a combination of strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness with a focus on core strengthening and function. Individual programs are available, and some individual sessions are available but limited, please enquire for further details.
Classes are run Monday to Thursday mornings. Focusing on functional strength and ability, balance, confidence and fun. Exercises are tailored to your needs while still being apart of the group. Numbers are limited to approximately 8-9 people per class.
Clinical Group sessions are capped at 3-4 people per session from 30minutes up to 45minutes with the assistance of Allied Health Assistant for high supervision care.
These are hydrotherapy based and land-based sessions.
